If you’re an Android user, check what Google Play account is used as a default account.
If you still don’t have access to the account, please fill out this form so we can restore your progress and provide it to our support contact or Discord:
1. the Player ID and in-game nickname (exact spelling with the distinction of upper and lower case letters) of the account that you had:
2. the #clubtag of the club that you were in:
3. your current (new) Player ID from the settings menu (this account will be overwritten by previous progress):
4. the model of the device that you have (and the model of the device that you played before if you changed it):
5. estimated time when you played last time on the account that you lost:
6. a country you're from:
7. the receipt for the last payment made in the game from Google Play/AppStore:
