All of our games use Cloud Storage feature. If you’re logged into your App Store / Google Play account and have Cloud Save turned on in the game and on your phone the save states should transfer after you log in to your account on the new device.
Please note that this only works if you’re changing devices across the same operating system (iOS / Android). Transferring save files between iOS and Android is not currently possible.

Play for an hour or so and progress isn’t saved so lose all chests trophies gear and coins that have been acquired

So since I went from a Samsung back to an iPhone all of my progress and $ out of my pocket is not able to be transferred because I am not on my Samsung anymore? I’m really not too happy about that because I spent a good bit & think that there should be away for y’all to update my new profile with my other profile player ID so my stuff is able to actually be usable. If that’s not possible then how exactly do I get what I paid out of pocket for?

I changed the phone to a new one and I can't get into the game with the old account because of COVID-19, I would transfer everything from the old phone to the new phone and when I got in to play it was no longer my old account, it was a new account as a beginner and I'm on the old account at level 18 group leader with the name JUMPER !! What to do?? I uninstalled and reinstalled and I can't log in to the old account that I've had for about 3 years!!!!

It's saying I have two accounts and if I try and secure it it takes me to th e one that's a beginner instead of the one I have way more progress. Please delete the one with less progress so I can secure and buy something. Thanks
