You can't buy tokens directly in "Hunt Royale". What you are doing is buying a booster, which doubles your earned tokens at the end of a match. To get your bonus tokens you need to play and finish a match.
I bought tokens in the shop but I can't find them, where did they go?

I bought the hunt royal premium pass for season 26 was charged for it and it didn't unlock in game, I emailed support@boombit.com around 13 hours ago with the required screenshots and haven't yet had any response.
