What is the probability of getting a new Hunter or ability in a chest?

There is not a constant, set percentage for those items! However the frequency differs between the types of boxes. You'll have to open a lot of Regular Boxes to get a Hunter or ability. On the other hand, Big Boxes can get you those things more frequently, and Mega Boxes even more frequently.
