If the game hangs up / stops responding / start behaving unpredictably, in most cases relaunching it will fix the problem.
Close the app completely from your phone’s task manager. To access it double tap home button on the iPhone or use the dedicated “task manager” button on your Android Phone (square button in most cases). Swipe to close the game and then run it again.
If you’re still having problems please try restarting your device.

Was playing maze on level 4 and game did not technically stop, but I went into the room with the chest and then could not leave it (all direction arrows were gray) so I needed to leave the game when lose potential rewards (I frequently make it past level 20)

Commenting on this will not help in any way you have to submit a request. Also it’s a shadow band just so you know. I had the same problem and everyone will just assume you where cheating the game somehow. So the only way to get your account back is to submit a request to have your account checked out and get the band lifted and it is not a fast process sometimes.

Where do I do that?? I never did these things.
At the top of the page on the top right corner there is three dashed lines click that and you can submit a request it will take them a day or so to get back to you.
