If you want to transfer your progress from one device to another and the Cloud Save system provided by your OS doesn't solve the issue, please contact us at support@boombit.com. To make the transfer we will need:
1. The player ID and nickname of the previous account
2. Current (new) ID from the settings menu (this account will be overwritten by previous progress)
3. The model of the previous device
4. The model of the device that you are using now
5. A country you're from
6. The receipt for the last payment made in the game from Google Play/AppStore as a confirmation of ownership
Please provide those along with your request and we'll be able to help you.
