How do I get more Permanent Abilities?

You can buy Permanent Abilities at the in-game Shop. There is usually at least one ability per day to find there (so keep coming back for more!). The second option is buying chests - they will drop skills from time to time.

    I bought some Sun Wukong abilities/skils but I didn't receive any of those ability or skills, where did they go? Where I can find it? I wasted my money? Please I need a response?

    Same thing as the last guy. If the abilities don't come through I'm charging back and you will be reported to the authorities for theft of digital currency and fraud. If a player violates your TOS that's longer than the bible you ban. Well this is a crime the the TOS is the law. "I bought some Sun Wukong abilities/skils but I didn't receive any of those ability or skills, where did they go?

    For the past week I noticed no extra skills available for purchase in the shop and I haven't seen any in the chests that I open. I have quite a few characters 6+, but they don't have skills because I haven't been getting any. Is there a fix?

    Same. Never a single ability in the past week or two in the shop. Also no more epic gems from dungeons for the same time. Please fix this
